Subject: [BART-devel] No more FORTRAN

Good news, everyone!

Transit no longer relies on FORTRAN code. It’s all Python and C now. The old and new code results stand, down to the machine precision.

Some notes to pay attention to:

• Since Transit now has a submodule, we need to include the -recursive command when cloning.
• Take a lo***@th***ew compilation script in the repo README.
