Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

This feature request is looking to add the logo that is defined in the _config.yml to the front page of the pdf file as it is included in the html but not in the pdf

Describe the solution you'd like

Add logo to front page, centered, and appropriately placed for a title page.

Will need to think about passthrough for placement options?

as suggested by @rossbar it may be worthwhile just to document the latex_logo key.

FWIW I've used the latex_logo config value for this.
