Tab Key To Navigate Between Filtered Links

A few redditors have asked navigating through the filtered links using TAB key. This might conflict with the other idea for auto completing commands. As a workaround:

• Tab will navigate through filtered list, if any (top priority)
• If nothing filtered, it will attempt to aut complete the commands

In order to do this, filtered links system will need a refactor. Their references should be preserved within the List component. This will help filtering out the filtered links easily, making navigating through them faster.

As the UX part, I am thinking about text selection BG and FG colors to apply selected link.
