Automatically update CREATE CONNECTION when config is changed

Situation

The BucketFS connection for the Transformer Extension is not automatically updated when a user updates the config. The user is also not aware, that such a connection is created. This makes finding the error impossible for the user.

This is probably a general problem for CREATE CONNECTION.

Changes to the config can be assumed to happen via the Jupyter notebook UI editing the AI Lab's Secret Configuration Store.

Solution hint by @tkilias: if the config store is changed via the UI, the connection should be updated automatically.
