Ensure mongo-storage can be launched in sharding config

The MongoStorage#create() methods theoretically support this, but a somewhat special parsing mechanism needs to be put into place for MongoStorageConfig#MONGO_HOSTNAME to discern multiple hostnames from a single one. Testing in an environment running multiple MongoDB instances is necessary.
