Where "Not Null" and conditionnal operators

Hi, is there a way to perform a query with a "not null" condition ?
And what about and / or conditions ?

Plus, this project looks like to be the most advanced / known ODM for Deno but it seems to be forgotten, are you guys still active on it ?

Does not seem to work.

Appears to work to check null.

where('some_field', 'is', null)

Appears to work to check not null.

where('some_field', 'is not', null)

Can't have more complex queries yet? Not implemented yet.
Can't use DB raw values e.g. now()?
