How can we use heroku DATABASE_URL with PostgresConnector

heroku provides DATABASE_URL like postgres://username:password@localhost:5432/mydb. I need to use this with postgres connector.

deno-postgres does support URL config

// Alternatively you can use a connection string
config =
  "postgres://user:password@localhost:5432/test?application_name=my_custom_app";

const client = new Client(config);
await client.connect();

following code gives error?
