Hello @evanw,

I wanted to reach out regarding your plugin, as I've made some additions that I thought might be valuable.
I've added two new features:

  • An indicator to visualize the first point of a loop
  • The ability to define this first point by clicking on another point

These modifications were primarily motivated by my work in exporting vectors for font design in the Glyph app and icons for SF symbols. The first point is particularly crucial in variable font design.

I'm curious to know your thoughts on these additions. Would you be interested in incorporating these features into your official version? If so, I'd be more than happy to submit a pull request.

But, I have read your comment on Apr 7, 2022, #3 (comment) where you mentioned, "Sorry, this plugin is not under active development. It's only provided as-is and I'm not planning on making any improvements. You are welcome to fork it and add your own improvements to your fork if you'd like."

In the meantime, I've added my modified version to review for personal use. However, if you approve of these changes, I'd gladly contribute them to your plugin and remove my separate version. I've also made some updates to the manifest file and added other tooling.

I look forward to hearing your feedback and am open to any suggestions or modifications you might have. Thank you for creating this useful plugin, and I'm excited about the possibility of contributing to its development.

Best regards,
Thierry
