Add the AFR Discussion Topics to MkDocs Mini Site

Integrate the newly created "Discussion Topics" pages into the MkDocs-based mini site and publish them to the repository's GitHub Pages.

Tasks

1. Move files to docs directory
   Relocate the folder containing the "Discussion Topics" files to the docs directory, which is the default content directory used by MkDocs.
2. Update mkdocs.yml Configuration:
   Edit the mkdocs.yml file to include the new "Discussion Topics" in the site's navigation.

Expected Outcome:

The "Discussion Topics" pages will appear in the navigation and content of the mini site hosted on GitHub Pages, fully integrated and accessible.
