make install doesn not install libceres-debug.a when run with -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Debug #72

When building okvis with debug the installation only puts libceres.a in the /usr/local/lib/ directory and not libceres-debug.a. This makes projects based on it unable to build in debug mode.
