Allow a storage provider to specify a miner reward address

Rationale

If a SP has multiple replicas, each replica will reward each address. This creates the difficulty to manage a large number of replicas. An idea is that when submitting the proof, the replica address can sign a message to redirect the reward to a specific address rather than the replica itself.
