Each AVS can have different requirements/flows for node registration/deregistration.
It is tricky to check each AVS implementation and deliver the fix... how should we handle this..

  • In the short-term, we need to check the opt-in process of each AVS
  • Find some patterns & make interface
  • Make Modules
