Describe the bug

The section describing transaction type envelopes omits Blob transactions as TransactionType = 3. This should be included
https://github.com/ethereum/ethereum-org-website/blob/dev/public/content/developers/docs/transactions/index.md

To reproduce

  1. Go to https://ethereum.org/en/developers/docs/transactions/#typed-transaction-envelope
  2. Observe the absence of Blob transactions in the list.

Expected behavior

Include Type 3 Transactions with an appropriate description and reference to the Deneb/Cancun fork.
