What are the fees users may be paying for using your wallet product?
The wallet is free to use. Users only pay network fees for sending transactions. Swaps incur fees set by our integrated providers, and vary depending on provider, ranging 0.875 - 1%. All fees are shown in the transaction preview before the user confirms the transaction

Who holds the private keys?
Users hold their own private keys. Enkrypt does not have any access to user keys or wallets. Users receive their recovery (mnemonic) phrase when generating a wallet, and can use that information to import the wallet into any other wallet interface of their choice.

Has the wallet's smart contract code or security modules been audited?
Enkrypt is not audited, however, Enkrypt does not use its own smart contract and is fully client-side and non-custodial. We don't collect or hold personal user information, and don't have custody of user assets.

No. Enkrypt works with PhishFort to monitor and take down phishing websites, apps, and communications (like emails and socials accounts) that pretend to be Enkrypt with similar names and visual assets.

Yes, Enkrypt has over 70 natively integrated networks across different ecosystems including EVM, Polkadot, Bitcoin, SKALE, and others.

Does the wallet allow the user to customize gas fees?

Yes.

Enkrypt supports all ERC-20 tokens automatically. Users can also add custom tokens using the token contract.

Does the wallet have any recovery options?
Yes, Enkrypt users receive their recovery (mnemonic) phrase on wallet creation and can use it to restore the wallet in Enkrypt or any other wallet interface. Users can also recover other crypto wallets in Enkrypt using their recovery phrase, or add a wallet to Enkrypt using private key.
Does the wallet have fiat on-ramps through credit/debit cards, wire transfers, or bank transfers (ACH)?
Yes, Enkrypt users are able to buy crypto with a credit/debit cards via integrated providers Simplex, MoonPay, and Topper.
Does the wallet support withdrawals to fiat?
Yes, Enkrypt users can sell crypto and have fiat deposited into a bank account via integrated partner MoonPay.
