Write a unit test that launches 3 nodes and wait a "checkpoint block" on the POA consensus to verify everything is fine

ok will do all tests on Airflow DAG, (distributed workflow on docker-compose), that can also be itself unitested so it would be my entrypoint to check distributed nodes status (see attacker framework)
