[Miscellaneous] How to use statedumper in l2geth (optimism-legacy)

Issue Description

OP team add OVM ETH and message passer state dump ("statedumper") in ethereum-optimism/optimism-legacy@9e58c9e for using Bedrock migration. But I cannot find any code to use NewStateDumper method of the statedumper package in l2geth.

Anyone please let me know how to use statedumper packages?

Hey @boohyung, I'm not sure how to do this myself. I'll ask around and see if anyone with the historical context can answer. Because you're looking at legacy code, your support will be limited, but I'll do my best to get you some information.

It is an additional information. I hope it can help you. I have found op-migrate which is tool for Bedrock migration in the below article. And I'm trying to re-produce migration (from the legacy l2 database to the Bedrock database). The statedumper is used to generate a witness file which includes accounts and pending withdrawal messages.

I was able to chat briefly with someone with more historical context, they said that you need to set an environment variable to run the state-dumper. This is the environment variable
