[Node Operator Question] Can not use rpc for my local node

Issue Description

I followed the tutorial Building a Node from Source and Running OP Mainnet from source

1. Build the Rollup Node op-node, build execution client op-geth
2. Run op-geth, ./build/bin/geth --http --http.port=8545 --http.addr=localhost --authrpc.addr=localhost --authrpc.jwtsecret=./jwt.txt --verbosity=3 --rollup.sequencerhttp=https://mainnet-sequencer.optimism.io/ --op-network=op-mainnet --datadir=/root/nodeData
3. Run op-node, ./bin/op-node --l1=[Alchemy Http API Endpoint] --l1.rpckind=alchemy --l1.beacon=[Quicknode Http API Endpoint] --l2=ws://localhost:8551 --l2.jwt-secret=./jwt.txt --network=op-mainnet --syncmode=execution-layer

Now everything seems done, When I run the http rpc

I tried but it still returns 0 block number.
However when I tried another rpc eth_gasPrice it could response with an exact result.

can you try any other method that not require "latest"?i remember there was some bug related to latest...
