Issue Description

Currently my contract deployments are just not being picked up on Optimism Sepolia, is anyone else also experiencing this?

Additional Information

When the deployment part of my hardhat script kicks in, it just hangs forever.

When I kill that process and re-run it then it errors with ProviderError: already uknown, meaning that the previous one is in fact stuck in the mempool.

I upgraded my deployment scripts to use latest hardhat, and I also updated my ERC721 contract to use latest patterns and contracts from OZ v5, and everything is working now! 🎉
