Can not start geth init

Issue Description

Hello, I want to set up a test node on OP Sepolia. I followed the official documentation, but I am having issues with geth init.

after sudo geth init --datadir /db /genesis.json

I got this issue

Fatal: Failed to read genesis file: open /genesis.json: permission denied

Hey @alexandersazonof, thank you for following up here! Can you also provide your op-node and op-geth software versions and configurations you're using?

op-geth = v1.101305.0-rc.1
op-node = v1.4.0-rc.3

While on the surface, this looks like a linux permissions issue. Your version of geth (1.9.6-unstable) is years out of date. Can you upgrade to the latest stable version and try again?
