Remove typing and consts from component files (ongoing)

Hoping that if we clean up component files and make them pure we can have an easier time getting the component naming figured out. This would then allow us to search for specific interactions with specific components in LR.

This will be an ongoing tasks where we clean up old files as we touch them and make sure new files are done right.
