feature esp8266 does not compile #3

It does compile after adding pub on all struct fields of struct Context in xtensa-lx-rt/src/exception/esp8266.rs but I'm not sure if it works yet.

Good spot, I don't really use the esp8266. Ideally we would fix this esp-rs/xtensa-lx-rt#40 and that should resolve the issue here.
