In the long term I don't think it's good to have wapiti and elman included in the repo, since this means keeping a fixed version and not benefiting from latest bug fixes.

  • partly done: elephant and wapiti as submodules in dir third-party
  • left to do: organize experiment scripts, test scripts
  • possibly create a branch for bundle version?
