Could a Specific Reference Style Be Enforced in an Asciidoc File?

Hi,

is it possible to lint references in ascii doc files?
I would like to ensure that ref anchors always looks like [[ref_SomeString]] or like [[ref_SomeString, SomeString]] links to that anchor should always look like <<ref_SomeString>>.

Is this possible and how would a setup for that look like?
