setup instructions

@erhankaradeniz I noticed there's no setup instructions and you plan to add it later, but wanted to open an issue so that anyone who figures it out could help the rest of us out.

Currently there is none, but I can imagine it makes sense to write one. I will do that so it's easier for people to set the project up. I will also provide a guide on how to make the switch to a different DB, mongo and postgres.
