fragment swaps need some attention to detail

1. On login, it goes back to the LoginScreen and then "hangs" for awhile, then goes to the next screen
   • Go to the riders screen and display a progress circle
   • no feedback if login fails, e.g. if you login with a fb user who has not yet finished verifying their email address (this happened to me)
2. going from rider view to chat list, it pauses to load the chat?
   • What if it immediately showed the chat, then loaded chat with a progress circle?
   • This would fix crash after sending chat message on newly logged in account #30, where it crashes if you chat before chat is loaded

Also at the login, if the fb username/password is wrong, the re-login page does not hide the password when you type.
