Implement app setting that will allow the user to choose whether to lock repos automatically or manually

There is a conversation in the MM QA channel, regarding locking and unlocking of repositories - to ascertain when repositories should be locked or unlocked automatically or manually

Conclusion:

• It would be nice to implement the app setting whereby the user would be able to choose if they want their repositories to be locked automatically after a certain period of inactivity (1, 3, 5, 10 mins, configurable by the user), after app restart (which includes after the device restart), and maybe even after the app has been running in the background.
• or maybe the user would prefer to lock repos manually as and when they want to, in which case repos would remain unlocked by default
