Hi all, first of all thanks for this great initiative. I hope Eprints will get a big boost here!
I have just installed the ulcc-core on a fresh ubuntu machine 15.04 and, when I try to login, I get this error:

CGI::param called in list context from package EPrints::Repository line 397, this can lead to vulnerabilities. See the warning in "Fetching the value or values of a single named parameter" at /usr/share/perl5/CGI.pm line 436.

Also, I do not know if it is related but you cannot login with chrome, while you can login without problems with firefox (on Ubuntu and MacOSX)

With the last pull request the error disappear, but I am still unable to login into the system using Chrome on Ubuntu
