Cannot build Docker image

[yagilm]

When I try to build the image I get

ADD failed: stat /var/lib/docker/tmp/docker-builder203305220/target/uberjar/budget-uberjar.jar: no such file or directory

When trying to run lein repl
to build the artifacts(?) I get errors like:
Could not find artifact lein-shell:lein-shell:jar:0.5.0 in central (https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/)
and truly when i go to https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/ the directories does not exist..

Could you share some more information/documentation on how to actually run this?
