Hi Aileen,

This is a scenario we haven’t encountered before so we defer to Nicole on whether we should version up, but we don’t have an issue with it.

Thanks,
Aminat.

Hi Aminat,

Thanks for sending the suggested changes for COVID and PES in the questionnaire documents. I reviewed the changes, and I think COVID looks good (I corrected 1 typo).

For PES, since SRC in the source question name (without the underscore) is already in production, I think we need to version up the source question name when adding in the underscore.
For example: SrvPES_TPROB2SRC_v1r0 (in prod)  SrvPES_TPROB2_SRC_v2r0

@Oki Sahid, Aminat (IMS) does this match your understanding as well?

@Gerlanc, Nicole (NIH/NCI) [E] please let me know if you agree with the example above.

Thank you,
Aileen

Hello Aileen,

Suggested changes have been made in the Word documents on Box for the unharmonization of the English and Spanish COVID and PES surveys(reversion from “SRC” to “_SRC”). Please review.

Thanks,
Aminat.
