In M2 questions [EXEREC3A] - [EXEREC3O] option choice 5 add a space between every and day so that it reads as 2 words
"Every day"

Other Info:

• I checked for this in the rest of M2 as well as the other baseline surveys, biospecimen surveys, QoL, Connect Experience, and Cancer Screening surveys and did not see this typo elsewhere. We say "every day" elsewhere, but it is correct

Confirming that this update is only for the English version of Module 2. We checked with the translator and no updates are needed to the Spanish version of Module 2
