There a bug with Qonsole in preprod (https://hmlr-preprod-pres.epimorphics.net/), the user is unable to run any queries. I'm assuming this is because preprod is password protected and Qonsole doesn't take that into account when running the query.

Here is an example of two app versions having the same bug:
