Update the gem to use the latest ruby (3.3.5) and rails (7.2.1) versions. The codemirror-rails gem is currently blocking this and requires rails ~> 5.2. The author recommends copying the required code into the project or using npm to obtain the package (fixlr/codemirror-rails#61 (comment)).
