Write draft of "import multiple files" satellite

I created a draft for the import of multiple files using the rio function. This is a quick one because there is not muchnew material to add.

I made a subfolder in data/raw with the linelist by hospital, to practice the import of

• Add some information at the top, context, get them to code the paths
• Make them code import of multiple files. First with two very different files (linelist + lab) (and explain why it can be usefull to store them in a list). Then show them that you can rbind them with the argument if they have the same structure, and you can use the file by hospital.
• Play with the arguments (I think you can add the ID of the file).
