In order to make the ACL+visibility more clear and less redundant.

replace show/hide button with a published/draft switch
remove the "me/draft" option in visibility level. When user is authenticated and is viewing his own profile (or can edit the profile), he will be offered a "draft mode" option that will allow him to see all the data in draft mode.
