Il serait bien que la construction des url dans les boutons de partage soit effectuée en javascript dans elements.

Exemple:
Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/sharer/sharer.php?u=<url courante>
Twitter: https://twitter.com/intent/tweet?url=<url courante>&text=<titre de la page>&hashtags=epfl
...etc.
