Fails to build docs

The following error occurs when trying to build bootstrap docs:

Did not know anyone was still tracking here ;).

I think that at some point (soon) we'll restart the GUDStrap effort from a clean bootstrap and then reapply what we have done so far. The reason for this is that we're simply tracking to far behind upstream, and catchup with our current luggage may be to hard.

but, if someone can catch us up, then I'm all about continuing with what we have ;)
