We need a reusable component for voting, so should we create a generic one?

This is the one to be used in HELP page.

This old-style one is currently used by school team, but they tell me it can't be reused.

So first of, we should try to use the existing components (for UI) from coda, That dropdown looks a bit fishy and not really in line with the other drop downs.

For the component part, I think this may be a bit more complex than a standard component we have here, and we should probably write it using troop rather than pure JS.
