Agenda page: spacing on page

This is just an observation, but looking at the "Introduction" page under "Agenda", it feels a little off that you have to scroll so much on a page with just a paragraph of content. I'm guessing too late for this round, but for future iterations of this website, I think the padding around the section headers can be really reduced.
