F-5E radio function does not cycle frequencies and even results in DCS disconnecting from streamdeck #102

Most functions are assignable with the F-5E except weirdness happens when I try to creat knobs for the frequency selector for the radio.

After dragging a blank incremental input rotary from the DCS interface library to stream deck, clicking on ID lookup gives a complete list of clickable functions. Searching for radio and selecting the line
UHF RADIO (23) Button ID 3002 ANARC164-100MHZ selector-302 TUMB -0.1 0 0.3

should allow that button to cycle through all the choices. I made sure the 'Allow cycling to beginning' checkbox was ticked.
However, the button only cycles between two values, 0.1 and 0.2
The increment is set to 0.1
The increment range is set to 0 and 0.3

Creating a new rotary and assigning
UHF RADIO (23) Button ID 3003 ANARC164-10MHZ selector-303 TUMB -0.1 0 1

should allow cycling of the tens digit. However, a yellow triangle appears when the button is depressed.

Going back to ID lookup shows a blank list, as does the DCS comms button.

Restarting streamdeck has no effect-it is still not seeing DCS.
DCS has to be restarted as it seems to have stopped talking to the streamdeck.

What additional information can I provide to solve this instability?
