is it possible to scale Aerial videos to 4:3 aspect ratio on a CRT monitor?

Hi,

1-) I am wondering if it is possible to scale screensaver videos to 4:3 on a CRT monitor? I am running Kodi on raspberrypi4/composite on Sony PVM CRT monitor. i set 720x480@60e NTSC as resolution. So if it is possible to set the Aerial screensaver videos on 4:3 that would be perfect.

2-) another question, I downloaded videos and running them on an external drive in offline mode. is there a setting to show video titles? even running the screensaver online mode doesnt show video titles.
