The Load Balance and NAT Gateway require extra charges. You can get the price on the subscribe page.

NAT is for public network access and is not for CNAME feature. Basic deployments do not support using CNAME to bind custom domains. It is recommended to use the default domain connection address provided by EMQX Cloud to ensure correct allocation and management of connections.
