Email validation and change password on next login when creating user and adding to group #43

As a continuation to #40: explore the option of having 2 extra checkboxes:

One to require user to validate email address - but I think this is not possible as it is a global setting in settings.php
The other to request user to change password on next login - will require changes in the the core of emonCMS
