Feature-Request: File-Path Grammar (with clickable go-to)

I have an application that outputs file paths where an error has occurred (similar to how compilers output file-names with line numbers). It would be nice if I could click the file-path, and it would jump to that file (optionally to the line specified).

path is something like D:\path\to\file\file_name.ext:42
