Please relax "match exact" requirement on Google.Protobuf

By specifying a precise, "must match exact" single version of Google.Protobuf (3.17.2 in the EmguTF 2.6 code), you are making it difficult to upgrade other packages that also use Google.Protobuf, like Grpc. Can you relax the requirement to ">= 3.17.2" instead of "= 3.17.2", like most other packages do? I realize that means there is a slight risk of incompatibility, but that wouldn't constrain us so much on other products.
