npm-recursive-install is not recognized as an internal or external command #10

Running Windows Server 2016. I ran the "npm i -g recursive-install" command but now I can't get the npm-recursive-install to run.

npm verison: 5.6.0
node version: 8.11.1

Update:

I've updated npm and node and it's still not working.

npm version: 6.4.1
node version: 8.11.4
