Add support for .PDR files. Here is how they work.

.pdr files are containers for .pd files. Since I'm constantly working with them, I would like SporeModder to unpack them as folders, making editing them easier.
Most PDRs are coded in version 3, some use version 1.0, and only one in Spore uses version 2.
I leave my analysis in images so that you can incorporate the appropriate support for .pdr files into SporeModder.
