two main issues are there in SEO
1)The Document does not have meta description and
2)Document doesn't use legible font size

Thank you for reporting this!
I ran the audits myself and did not get the legible font size error. I also think those 35% are referring the footer, which is purposefully small so I don't know what the action here would be.
