LB automatic duplicate handling

Previously when manually refreshing we'd do a quick check after each refresh to remove potential duplicates. This is difficult now with the automatic refresh, see dups in the image. There's probably some way we can automate it, maybe an automatic check if all scores match 100% + the name is similar to some other name?
