This way we do not need to re-fetch the invoice after melting to calculate the fee

hey @rolznz, fee is not included because I'm using those structs in the nuts packages to be the responses as specified in the protocol. In this case it would be this https://github.com/cashubtc/nuts/blob/main/05.md#melting-tokens
