pageNavigation.js:

insertList() - inserts a new array into the current array
addOnePagetoEnd() - adds one page to end of current array
replaceAllPages() - replaces current array with new array
getCurrentPage() - figures out which array member represents current page, sets data.znThisPage to i+1 
and returns the "i" of the array member
printNavBar - writes the title header, writes the whole table of contents in the navbar, adds correct css depending on level and other variables, paints the gradient in Windows, writes the page number and progress bar, writes the page title, and bookmarks the page. 
wipeNavBar - erases the current navbar
xxxxNavigateObject - is this used anywhere?
NextPage() - opens the next page  unless you are on last page
PreviousPage()=opens the previous page unless you are on first page
writeNewPageNo() creaes the progress bar and 1 of N pages text
wipePageNo() wipes the current progress bar and 1 of N pages text
writePageTitle() writes chapter and page titles based on pageArray.js
writeHeaderTitle() writes header title (title to right of logo)
